I strive to lead a very healthy lifestyle. I use only natural, organic cleaning products. Eat all organic. I make all of my own organic baby food and formula. I use cloth diapers. If I do all of these things, why would I want to put anything unnatural and full of chemicals on my body, I don't. Therefore, I developed and continue to develop new products that contain only all natural, organic, pure, real ingredients.

I'm Trina Felber. I am a "work from home mom" who creates skin products I put my heart and soul into. The idea of working from home was born on the birthday of my daughter... Aug 28, 2008. One look at her and I was on the search for my own business.

Unfortunately, my daughter has a very sensitive bottom. It seemed I was always fighting some sort of diaper rash. Sometimes her bottom would be so red and raw it would bleed! I must have tried everything in the market...pink stuff, white stuff, and yellow stuff. I tried to do organic, but gave up on that. The only thing that seemed to help was the pink stuff with zinc oxide. Yuck! I hated every minute of putting that chemical-laden cream on her bottom! It worked, but as a result her bottom would be terribly dry!

I started researching holistic, organic skin care using natural botanicals. I eventually developed a butt balm that has restored my daughter's red bottom to the original soft-pink one she was born with. The results were immediate and she has been diaper rash-free ever since using my balm. She has her kissable bottom back!

I realized commercial products on the market, even the organic ones, contain awful, harmful, harsh chemicals that are anything but natural. I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, and I understand the properties of absorption. Skin is the largest organ of the body; whatever you put on the skin passes through and is absorbed into the body. That includes all of those harsh chemicals found in so many skin products. I spent some time researching herbs, oils, butters and waxes and I believe I have developed pure, natural products that work synergistically with your skin. I knew there had to be an alternative offered to the consumer. And so my idea for pure and simple products is now available to you! I want to share my products with the world and offer a clean, organic, and truly natural alternative to the other options out there. My first product was the Babies' Butt Balm, followed by the Funky Foot Balm.

Olive's Organic Botanicals was officially "born" August 28, 2009... One year after my daughter! I named "her" olive simply because my staple ingredient in every product is olive oil. Olive oil is loaded with antioxidants, and is perfect for every skin type in preventing aging, in healing, and in moisturizing.

All of the ingredients in all of my products are natural. All are organic unless specified. If they are available in organic, I will use organic! I DO NOT use any preservatives... Therefore all of my products are meant to be used within 2-4 months. The products can be put in the refrigerator to prolong their shelf life; however, they are freshest the first four months.

Olive's Organics does not contain any phthalate, petrochemical, propylene glycol, synthetic fragrance, sodium laurel sulfate, 1,4-Dioxane or chemical preservatives.
